Shoma Homes at Forest Lakes is a gated, non-profit, 140 unit single-family Homeowner’s Association located in West Kendall. It’s composed of one and two story units with garage. It is one of several sub-associations under the Master Association knows as Forest Lakes Master Homeowner’s Association.

It was built in 1995 It holds one yearly election and one budget meeting yearly. It’s meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month and is managed by Allied Property Group, Inc. also located in West Kendall. Three (3) owners compose both the Architectural Control Committee to ensure that all exterior modifications stay within the architectural guidelines and three (3) owners also volunteer on the violation committee to ensure that the violations are enforced accordingly.
